MISSION

Join the dynamic team at Halo Consulting as a Junior Community Manager and be a vital part of our growing agency. As a Junior Community Manager, you will work closely with the Senior Community Manager and other team members to support the strategic vision for social media and community management. Your role will involve managing client accounts, engaging with online communities, and assisting with new business proposals.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Managing social media accounts for multiple clients, ensuring the day-to-day activities are executed effectively.
  • Engage with online communities, responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with the Senior Community Manager to develop social media strategies that align with client objectives.
  • Help create and curate compelling content across various social media platforms, ensuring it resonates with target audiences.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in social media and community management, and provide recommendations to improve client performance.
  • Contribute to the creation of client reports, analyzing data and providing insights to inform strategic decisions.
  • Actively participate in team training sessions and contribute ideas for continuous learning and growth.
  • Demonstrate a proactive attitude, taking ownership of tasks, and consistently striving for excellence.

MARKETING & COMMUNICATION INTERN – 6 MONTHS

MISSION

Join the dynamic team at Halo Consulting as a Marketing Intern and gain valuable hands-on experience working closely with our Senior Consultant and Social Media team. As a Marketing Intern, you will assist in various areas of communication, marketing, public relations, influencer management, reporting, analysis, marketing strategies, PR events, media stays, collaboration, and artistic actions. This internship will provide you with the opportunity to learn and contribute to real-world marketing projects and campaigns.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support the Senior Consultant and Social Media team in executing marketing strategies and campaigns across various channels.
  • Assist in the creation and implementation of communication plans, ensuring consistent messaging and brand representation.
  • Contribute to influencer management initiatives, including research, outreach, and collaboration coordination.
  • Assist in organizing media stays, PR events, pop-ups, shows, and artistic actions, ensuring smooth execution and positive media coverage.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to conceptualize and execute innovative PR concepts and campaigns.
  • Assist in monitoring and reporting on social media metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs), providing insights for optimization.
  • Assist in the development of marketing strategies and action plans for client projects, ensuring alignment with objectives and target audiences.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competitors, and consumer insights.
  • Contribute to the creation of reports and presentations, summarizing campaign results, findings, and recommendations.
  • Assist with content creation and curation for various marketing channels, including social media platforms and websites.
